New stock linen is supplied and during the laundering process we continually check for not only the quality of the washing but also on the serviceability of the linen - any item not meeting our high standards is automatically replaced. In order to implement these checks, all linen is folded by hand, allowing us another opportunity to monitor quality and check for defects.
If you have your own linen we are pleased to be able to offer a complete service with the same quality as we offer with our linen hire.
We don't mix linen to ensure items don't get mixed with other customers. Each property is treated individually regardless of the amount and is processed to the highest standard through our private on-premises laundry using the latest professional equipment.
